Shipments

Destinations. We ship from Spain to whole word.

We have different types of shipping depending on the item to be shipped:

.- regular items

.- bulky items

.- books

REGULAR ITEMS:

Handlind deadlines. Each item goes in its individual bag and wrapped, along with the other items where appropriate, in bubble wrap that we close with adhesive paper to prevent the items from moving. It is then placed in a high-quality envelope lined inside with bubble wrap, which provides double protection. The labels are always printed, we never do them manually to avoid errors in reading.

Normally, the parcel will be shipped within 2 business days of the payment being made.

If you buy an item and we are at an international show, we will contact you to establish the new deadlines.

Shipping options. We have two shipping methods, both for national and international shipments:

1.- Economic shipping with the national postal company of Spain “Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.”

The service is called “Certified parcel” and the items will arrive at your home or your post office (in the case of a PO box) with a request for a signature. In case you are not at home, they will leave you a notification so that you can pick it up where and within the deadlines that they already indicate.

This kind of delivery is the most economical and very effective. It is the one that we use regularly in all our sales platforms for many years and we have very good experience.

The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination, the postal code, times of special increase in activity and, rarely, for reasons of force majeure (pandemics, floods, eruptions, earthquakes…)

For national shipments the times will range between 3 and 8 days and in the case of international shipments between 8 and 30 days.

This option has a tracking number.

2.- Shipping with a private transport company.

If you prefer this shipping method, you have to choose it at the time of payment. If you do not specify it, the shipment will be made with the economic method.

This kind of delivery is faster but more expensive. We have also used this method on occasion and with good results.

The delivery time varies depending on the same circumstances mentioned in the previous section.

This option has a tracking number.

BULKY ITEMS:

All of the above applies, but logically there is a supplement for the increase in weight. This supplement is already included in the cost of shipping the item.

BOOKS:

In this case the shipping cost is included in the purchase price. We also have the option of private messaging for which the client will pay only the difference since we take into account the cost already included in the price of each book. This amount is already determined.

PURCHASE OF DIFFERENT ITEMS:

Regular items and bulky items may go in the same parcel, but books will always go separately, because their packaging does not allow other types of items to be included and the shipping service is also different.

What to do in case the parcel is delayed?

Parcels with a tracking number have the advantage that we have their location under control. Sometimes there are many countries through which it travels, so the circumstances are very variable. The most frequent delay is usually the customs service. That is why our packages always include all the necessary and clearly visible information on the outside, so there is never any problem.

In the case of books, delays may be due to the same circumstances as above, but the difference is that they do not have a tracking number due to their high cost and we cannot know their exact location at all times.

In these cases we always ask you for a little patience and tranquillity, since we know that the parcel will reach your hands.

Now, if the parcel is considered definitively lost, we will proceed to the full refund of the purchase amount, including shipping costs.
