Nevada Blue Ice Cu bearing plagioclase.

This is a rare gemstone from small deposit in Nevada, USA.

Despite it look similar to Amazonite, this is a variety of Plagioclase. Both are Feldspat but Amazonite is a variety of microcline. Amazonite is a common mineral but this Cu bearing plagioclase is found only in one spot in Nevada.
