A period of 14 calendar days is established from the receipt of the item to make the return. Costs are always borne by the buyer. *
Conditions of the item to be returned:
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
All items can be returned, with the sole exception of books.
How to proceed :
1.- Contact us to explain the reason.
2.- You will need to send us a photo of the item before making your package and confirmation from us that the item is in the same conditions mentioned above.
3.- Pack the item with the same care with which we have done it. Remember that it will be a traveling package and that it will pass through many hands.
4.- Make the shipment within the period of 14 days indicated.
5.- Contact us again to tell us the tracking number.
6.- When the package reaches us, we will proceed within a maximum period of 2 business days to reimburse you using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. In the event that this payment method is not possible, the electronic transfer will be carried out by the means that both parties agree on.
* Exceptional case:
If an item arrives obviously broken, the shipping costs will be borne by us. You will need to send us a photo of the item along with the package that contained it where the breakage can be seen.
This case will not apply when the breakage is caused by the buyer.
